To begin the All-on-4 Treatment Concept, Dr. Bobst will first have a consultation with you where he will take several X-rays and impressions and gather other information about your condition. Dr. Bobst will use the impressions to create customized and fitted dental implants that will function as healthy durable teeth. Next, Dr. Bobst will extract the remaining decayed teeth to make room for the permanent implants. The implants are inserted into the patient’s mouth and are held, stabilized, and aligned by four or more screws.
